Section 10.42.01.06 - Examinations
A. The general requirements for examination are:
(1) Completion of the application form;
(2) Payment of the application fee;
(3) Either:
(a) A receipt of an official transcript indicating completion of an accredited program from the university or school awarding the applicable social work degree attained; or
(b) For applicants who are expected to receive the applicable social work degree at the end of the semester, indication on the Board's form of the:
(i) Degree that the applicant is expected to receive; and
(ii) Date that the applicant is expected to receive the degree; and
(4) For candidates for examination for certified social worker-clinical or certified social worker licenses, documentation of social work experience and social work supervision.
B. Applicants may request special accommodations if disabled or if English is the applicant's second language.
