Section 10.42.01.01 - Scope and Purpose

A. This chapter applies to individuals practicing social work in the State.

B. The purpose of this chapter is to protect the public by:

(1) Providing minimum criteria for licensure under the law for those who seek to practice social work; and

(2) Promoting and maintaining high standards of professional activity in social work.
