Section 10.41.01.03 - Changes in Fees

A. Fees are subject to change by action of the Board. All licensees and applicants will be notified of changes.

B. Application forms should be requested from the Board of Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Music Therapists.
