Section 10.40.11.02 - Definitions

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

B. Terms Defined.

(1) "Board" means the Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners.

(2) "Licensee" means an individual who holds a license or a limited license to practice podiatry in Maryland.
