Section 10.36.01.12 - Annual Report of the Board

A. The Chairman of the Board shall submit an annual report to the Board for approval before the Board's submission of the report to the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene.

B. The Board shall include in the report:

(1) A summary of the more important actions of the Board;

(2) Relevant statistical and fiscal data; and

(3) A summary of concerns or anticipated future changes in the course of action of the Board.
