Section 10.32.23.16 - Fraud or Deception in Obtaining a Permit

Subject to the Administrative Procedure Act, a licensee who fraudulently or deceptively obtains or attempts to obtain a permit is guilty of violating Health Occupations Article, § 14-404(a)(l), Annotated Code of Maryland.
