Section 10.32.16.01 - Definitions

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

B. Terms Defined.

(1) "Board" means the Board of Physicians.

(2) "Designee" means a person or committee to whom the Board has delegated responsibility for consideration of a petition.

(3) "Person" means:

(a) An individual;

(b) An agency;

(c) An association;

(d) A corporation; or

(e) Any other entity.
