Section 10.29.04.03 - Terms

A. Licensees shall pay to the Board of Morticians the fees set forth in:

(1) Regulation .02C of this chapter by April 30 of every year ending with an even number;

(2) Regulation .02E of this chapter annually;

(3) Regulation .02F, I, L, and N of this chapter by November 30 of every year ending with an even number; and

(4) Regulation .02H of this chapter by November 30 of every year ending with an even number;

B. The Board of Morticians and Funeral Directors shall prorate the fees set forth in Regulation .02A, B, G, H, J, and L of this chapter in 1-year intervals until the date of expiration.

C. All application fees are non-refundable.
