Section 10.27.26.07 - Sanctioning Guidelines

Subject to the provisions of this chapter, the Board may impose sanctions for violations of the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and its regulations according to the guidelines set forth in the following categories:

A. Abuse - Physical and Psychological.
