Section 10.27.02.02 - RepresentationA. A party appearing at a formal hearing has the right to appear in proper person or by or with counsel. A party has the right to be accompanied, represented, and advised by counsel.B. Unless authorized to practice law in this State, a counsel may not represent a party before the Board.Md.
