Section 10.26.02.04 - Approval of Applicant for LicensureA. The Board shall determine whether an application is complete as received, with all required documentation enclosed.B. Within 90 days of its receipt of a completed application and required information or documentation, the Board shall approve or deny the application.C. Upon approval of an application, the Board shall issue a document authorizing the applicant to practice acupuncture in this State in accordance with Health Occupations Article, §1A -304, Annotated Code of Maryland, and the regulations in this chapter.D. Except with approval of the Board, an applicant may not withdraw an application while under investigation or after having received a notice of denial of licensure.Md. Code Regs. 10.26.02.04
