Section 10.25.11.05 - Criteria for Approval

The IRB shall recommend approval of an application only if:

A. It is satisfied that:

(1) The use proposed to be made of the requested information is in the public interest,

(2) The risks of release of the requested information are reasonable in relation to the anticipated benefits, and

(3) Safeguards adequate to prevent inappropriate disclosures will be implemented by the applicant; and

B. The applicant agrees to comply with the requirements of Regulation .12 of this chapter.
