Section 10.25.10.17 - [Effective 1/20/2025] Reporting Requirements to the General Assembly

On or before November 1 of each year, the Commission and the HSCRC shall report to the General Assembly in accordance with Health General Article, §19-130(f) and State Government Article, § 2-1246, Annotated Code of Maryland.
