Section 10.22.09.01 - Additional Regulatory Compliance

In addition to this chapter, a person who provides resource coordination to an individual shall comply with the following regulations of this subtitle:

A. COMAR 10.22.01;

B. COMAR 10.22.02, except COMAR 10.22.02.05F, .06, .07, .11, .12, and .14E(1)(d);

C. COMAR 10.22.03;

D. COMAR 10.22.04; and

E. COMAR 10.22.05.
