Section 10.21.29.03 - Approval

The Department shall grant approval to a program to be eligible to receive State or federal funds for providing PRP services for minors if the program meets the requirements:

A. For approval outlined in COMAR 10.21.16;

B. For administration outlined in COMAR 10.21.17;

C. For Medical Assistance providers outlined in COMAR 10.09.36, 10.09.59, and 10.09.70; and

D. Of this chapter.
