Section 10.21.28.09 - Additional Requirements - Supported Employment Model

In addition to the requirements under Regulations .01B(1) and .05E(1) of this chapter, an MHVP supporting individuals in a SEP program shall provide:

A. With proper consent, at least one contact per month with the industry to receive information regarding the individual's performance on the job; and

B. The services outlined in this chapter.
