Section 10.21.22.07 - Eligibility, Screening, and Enrollment

A. An RRP shall conduct eligibility review, screening, and enrollment according to the provisions of COMAR 10.21.21.04G.

B. If the RRP residence is a group home that is licensed under COMAR 10.21.04, the RRP shall admit residents according to the additional limitations outlined under COMAR 10.21.04.03BB and C.
