Section 10.21.04.10 - Group Home Request

If a group home requests that licensure be discontinued:

A. The Secretary shall discontinue licensure; and

B. The governing body shall assure that, within 10 working days, the program director takes the action described under Regulation .09A(3) of this chapter.
