Section 10.19.05.02 - Definitions

A. In the incorporation by reference cited in Regulation .01 of this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

B. Terms Defined.

(1) "Act" means the Maryland Flammable Products Act, Health-General Article, Title 22, Subtitle 4, Annotated Code of Maryland.

(2) "Commission" means the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
