Section 10.16.02.12 - Safety and Fire Prevention

All necessary precautions shall be taken to protect persons on the premises of the park from bodily injury resulting from fire, falls, or other types of injuries. The mobile home park area shall be subject to the regulations of the State or local fire prevention authority.
