Section 10.15.11.03 - Compliance with Other Chapter

A. The person-in-charge shall comply with this chapter and COMAR 10.15.04 to:

(1) Process finished product water; and

(2) Design, operate, and maintain a bottled water plant and equipment.

B. If a conflict occurs between the requirements of this chapter and COMAR 10.15.04 regarding bottled water plants and the processing of drinking water, this chapter takes precedence.
