Section 10.15.05.34 - Dispensing Freezers When Used in Food Service Facilities

When a dispensing freezer is used in a food service facility, it shall be exempt from the provisions of Regulations .22-----.24, .26-----.33, and .35 of this chapter. The operation and maintenance of this equipment shall comply with the provisions of COMAR 10.15.03.
