Section 10.15.05.30 - Frozen Desserts and Frozen Desserts Mix Which May Be Sold

Only frozen desserts and frozen desserts mix manufactured by a licensed wholesale frozen desserts manufacturer or retail frozen desserts manufacturer shall be sold to the final consumer, or to restaurants, soda fountains, grocery stores, or similar establishments.
