Section 10.11.05.08 - Terms and Construction of a Data Use Agreement

Any data use agreement entered into by the State CFR Team and a NCCDR shall:

A. Incorporate by reference and be construed in accordance with the provisions of Health-General Article, Title 5, Subtitle 7, Annotated Code of Maryland, and this chapter; and

B. Be coexecuted by:

(1) The Secretary or the Secretary's designee; and

(2) The chairperson of the State CFR Team.
