Section 10.10.09.04 - Procedures

Chemists, chemical analysts, and analysts certified under this chapter are certified only when performing those drug identification procedures:

A. Approved by a forensic laboratory licensed by the Department; or

B. Contained in the "Forensic Chemists and Analysts Training and Procedures Manual" 1992, which is incorporated by reference.
