Section 10.09.46.15 - Appeal Procedures

A. Appeal procedures for applicants and participants are those set forth in COMAR 10.09.24.13D and COMAR 10.01.04.

B. Provider appeal procedures under this chapter are set forth in COMAR 10.09.36.09D.
