Section 10.09.44.24 - Appeal Procedures
A. The PACE provider shall comply with 42 CFR § 460.122.
B. PACE provider appeal procedures under this chapter are set forth in COMAR 10.09.36.09D.
C. PACE participant appeals are set forth in COMAR 10.09.24.13D.
