Section 10.09.43.09 - Determining Financial Eligibility

Current and New Enrollees. An applicant is financially eligible for MCHP Premium if, for the period under consideration, the applicant's countable net family income as determined under Regulation .08 of this chapter, is greater than 200 percent but not greater than 300 percent of the federal poverty level for a family size equal to the size of the applicant's family.
