Section 10.08.06.03 - Use of State Grant Funds

State grant funds for nursing facilities under the Act shall be used solely for projects approved by the Department for the purpose of converting existing nursing facility beds to provide:

A. Other health care services;

B. Purchase of capital equipment; and

C. Planning, design, construction, and renovation of a facility.
