Section 10.07.20.03 - Definitions

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

B. Terms Defined.

(1) "Department" means the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

(2) "Facility" means an intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities or persons with related conditions (ICF/IID) within the scope of this chapter.

(3) "License" means a license issued by the Secretary to operate a facility.

(4) "Secretary" means the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene.
