Section 10.07.12.07 - Policies and Procedures

Written policies and procedures shall be established for the following services:

A. Physician services;

B. Health care services;

C. Staffing;

D. Emergency care;

E. Medical research;

F. Communicable diseases;

G. Medical examinations and evaluation process;

H. Pharmacy services;

I. Dietary services;

J. Nursing Services.
