Section 10.07.04.06 - Inspection

Open to Inspection. A center licensed under this chapter and any premises proposed to be operated by an applicant for a license shall be open at all reasonable times to inspection by:

A. The Secretary or designee;

B. The Department of Human Resources;

C. The Maryland State Department of Education;

D. The Department of Juvenile Services; or

E. Any other agency authorized by the Secretary.
