Section 10.04.04.02 - Manual

A. The Department may enter into an agreement with a vendor to provide human services.

B. The agreement shall specify that the Department and the vendor comply with requirements and procedures set forth in the "Human Services Agreements Manual", which is incorporated by reference.

C. The Department shall supply each vendor with a copy of the "Human Services Agreements Manual".
