Section 10.03.02.03 - Responsibility for Confidential Records and Information

The Director of the Maternal and Child Health Bureau, working under the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene:

A. Are responsible for carrying out this regulation and procedures;

B. Shall initiate suitable office practices to assure the protection of confidential records; and

C. Are responsible for informing staff employees who have access to confidential records and information.
