Section 10.01.13.02 - Definitions

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

B. Terms Defined.

(1) "Secretary" means the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene.

(2) "Variance" means an alternative procedure to satisfy a specific licensing regulation.

(3) "Waiver" means the setting aside of a specific licensing regulation.
