Section 09.33.03.01 - Purpose

The purpose of these regulations is to establish a program to provide employment and retraining assistance to displaced hospital employees who are unemployed or may become unemployed due to a hospital's change in status as more particularly described in Health-General Article, Title 19, Subtitle 3, Annotated Code of Maryland.
