Section 09.32.03.05 - Combined Wage Credits and Interstate Benefits

Where regular compensation exhausted by an individual or sharable regular compensation was based on combined wage credits earned in more than one state, Maryland shall pay extended benefits when it was the liable state so long as it is reimbursable in proper proportions as liable state under appropriate federal laws and regulations.
