Section 09.20.02.11 - Passing Grade for License and Certificate Examinations

In accordance with Business Occupations and Professions Article, § 12-304(d)(1), Annotated Code of Maryland, and as set forth in Regulations .03B(3) and .05 of this chapter, an applicant for any license or certificate issued by the Board shall attain a passing score of 70 to qualify for the license or certificate.
