Section 09.15.02.05 - Time to Request Formal Hearing on Denial

If an application for a license is denied by the Board, the applicant, within 30 days from the date on the notice of the Board's decision, may request a formal hearing, conducted in accordance with Business Regulation Article, § 9A -311, Annotated Code of Maryland.
