Section 09.14.16.08 - Referee
The referee shall be:
A. The sole arbiter of a mixed martial arts contest; andB. Other than the senior ringside physician, the only individual authorized to: (1) Enter the fighting area at any time during the competition; and(2) Stop a contest.
