Section 09.14.10.05 - Misrepresentation

A. An applicant or licensee may not misrepresent information or otherwise mislead the Commission concerning the applicant's or licensee's medical or personal history which is required to be furnished to the Commission.

B. An applicant or licensee who knowingly misleads the Commission will be subject to disciplinary action by the Commission.
