Section 09.14.10.03 - Unruly Conduct and Betting

A. Words or conduct that may incite individuals to disturb the peace shall be prohibited and shall be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

B. Betting, gambling, or wagering in any form is prohibited and shall be reported to any law enforcement agency.

C. The Commission shall consider the conduct under §§A and B of this regulation in determining whether to sanction future events for an applicant or licensee.
