Section 09.12.91.01 - Definitions

A. In these regulations, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

B. Terms Defined.

(1) "Agency" means the Division of Labor and Industry.

(2) "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Labor and Industry or the Commissioner's authorized representative.

(3) "Presenter of evidence" means the Assistant Attorney General assigned to present charges and evidence on behalf of the agency.

(4) "Presiding officer" means the Commissioner or a hearing officer authorized to conduct a hearing.
