Section 09.10.06.12 - Consent for Investigation

An individual required to provide personal and background information under Regulation .10 of this chapter shall provide a statement that irrevocably gives consent to the Commission and persons authorized by the Commission to:

A. Verify all information provided in the application documents; and

B. Conduct a background investigation of the individual.
