Section 09.10.05.10 - Satellite Simulcast Betting Permit Fee and Renewal Fee

A. The permit fee is $500.

B. The renewal fee is $500.

C. Fees shall be paid before the issuance of a satellite simulcast betting permit or the renewal of the permit.
