Section 09.10.05.04 - Requirements for a Satellite Simulcast Betting Facility

A satellite simulcast betting facility shall have amenities similar to a sports palace facility, including:

A. Comfortable seating;

B. High quality dining;

C. Large screen video display of the racing action;

D. Betting stations within easy access;

E. Visual and computer-assisted handicapping aids;

F. Adequate security; and

G. A design which is commensurate to the setting in which it is located.
