Section 09.10.04.17 - Authorized AgentA. In order to act as an authorized agent for an owner, an individual shall register with the Commission.B. A separate application for registration shall be filed for each owner represented by an individual.C. In order to be registered as an authorized agent, an individual shall first be licensed by the Commission in some other capacity.D. An authorized agent may appoint a subagent only when authorized to do so, and, to be effective, notice of the appointment shall be given in writing to the Commission.E. The registration required under §A of this regulation shall:(1) Specify the functions which the authorized agent may perform on behalf of the owner; and(2) If the authorized agent is allowed to act for the owner in matters involving the receipt or withdrawal of funds, be accompanied by a notarized document to that effect signed by the owner to be represented by the authorized agent.Md.
