Section 09.10.04.10 - Postponement and Cancellation of Races

A. If a racing program, or a portion of a racing program, is abandoned, any purse race involved shall be canceled.

B. If a racing program, or a portion of a racing program, is abandoned, any stake race involved may be postponed or canceled.

C. Public notice shall be given at the earliest practicable time if a published race is canceled.

D. A race which closed with sufficient entries may not be canceled except by the stewards or presiding judge.
