Section 09.10.04.02 - Order of Precedence

A. The laws of this State and the regulations of the Commission supersede the conditions of a race and the rules of the association.

B. The orders of the Commission, as well as the orders and rulings of the judges and stewards in matters pertaining to racing, supersede the orders of the officials of the association.
