Section 09.01.11.02 - Definitions

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

B. Terms Defined.

(1) "Department" means the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation.

(2) "Open meeting" means a public meeting of the unit within the Department required to be open to the public pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, General Provisions Article, Title 3, Annotated Code of Maryland.

(3) "Unit" means an entity defined in Business Regulation Article, §2-108, Annotated Code of Maryland.
